ZEBULON - Effie Wrenn Mitchner, 85, died Saturday, Dec. 29, 2007. Funeral services were conducted Monday, Dec. 31, at Massey Funeral Home in Zebulon. Burial was in Oakland Heights Cemetery in Smithfield.

Surviving; daughters, Doris Jean Postell of Whittier and Alice Faye Lee of Monk’s Corner, S.C.; sons, Bill Mitchner of Zebulon and John Mitchner Jr. of Creedmoor; brother, Robert Wrenn of New Hill.
