LOUISBURG - Funeral services for Dorothy Mae Joyner Hammond, 78, who died Wednesday, Jan. 16, 2008, will be conducted at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 22, in the Richardson Funeral Home Chapel.

Burial will follow in the M. H. Jones cemetery.

Surviving: daughter, Munira Almustafa of Louisburg; sisters, Gracie Jones of Philadelphia, Pa., and Dorothy Louise Pugh of Durham; one brother, Jimmie Manley of Durham; eight grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

Open visitation will be from 3 to 8 p.m. Monday, Jan. 21, at Richardson Funeral Home in Louisburg.
