LOUISBURG - Funeral services for Percy W. Davis Sr., 83, who died Thursday, Jan. 17, 2008, will be conducted at 2 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 20, at Nelson Chapel Baptist Church, with the Rev. Emma Solomon officiating. Burial will follow in the Davis family cemetery.

Surviving: daughters, Julia Davis Hartsfield of Bunn, Mildred Davis of Raleigh, and Kaye Davis-Wrenn of Fuquay-Varina; sons, Percy W. Davis Jr. of Louisburg, Morris Ray Davis of Raleigh, and Larry D. Davis of Clayton; sister, Carrie DeCaustur of Washington, D.C.; seven grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchildren.

Open visitation will be from 3 to 8 p.m. today (Saturday, Jan. 19) at Richardson Funeral Home in Louisburg.
