LOUISBURG - Funeral services for Edith Marie Joyner, 62, of Washington, D.C. (formerly of Louisburg), who died Sunday, Jan. 27, 2008, will be conducted Sunday, Feb. 3, at Mt. Moriah Baptist Church, Louisburg, with Rev. Ratcliff officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

A wake will be from 1 to 2 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 3, at Mt. Moriah Baptist Church.
Surviving: daughter, Tinita Moore of Washington, D.C.; son, Timothy Moore of Raleigh; sisters, Annie Mae Richardson of Hyattsville, Md., and Alma Jean Rittenhouse of Washington, D.C.; and five grandchildren.
