DURHAM - Ricky Joe Foster, Sr., 50, of Durham went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, January 29, 2008. A memorial service will be held Saturday at 2:00 p.m. from Liberty Christian Church, with the Rev. Freddie Partin officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

Surviving: daughter, Crissy J. Wilson and husband, Patrick of Durham, who are expecting a daughter; son, Ricky J. Foster, II and girlfriend, Jenna of Durham; uncle, Joe Murphy and wife, Dorothy of Durham; cousin, Eddie Murphy of Bahama, NC.

The family received friends Thursday night from 7 to 8:30 p.m. at Lancaster Funeral and Cremation Services, 804 N. Bickett Boulevard, Louisburg.
