ZEBULON - Funeral services for Lamonte Vines, 61, who died Friday, April 4, 2008, will be conducted at 1 p.m. today (Wednesday, April 9) at Shady Grove Baptist Church, with the Rev. Rory Sneed officiating. Burial will follow in Gethsemane Memorial Gardens.

Surviving: wife, Lena B. Vines of the home; daughters, Freda N. Vines and Kyra R. Vines, both of the home; son, Taurus A. Vines of Ft. Washington, Md.; mother, Mary Elizabeth Vines of Accokeek, Md.; sisters, Mary A. Vines and Frances Lambright, both of Temple Hills, Md., Martha Vines and Verelena Lucas, both of Accokeek, Md., and Deborah Reaves of Suitland, Md.; brothers, Bennie Vines of Ft. Washington, Md., and Alston Vines of Greenville; and one grandchild.
