LOUISBURG - Albert R. Griffin, 66, died Thursday, April 10, 2008 at his home. Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. today (Saturday, April 12) at Centerville Baptist Church, with the Rev. Keith Campbell officiating. Burial will follow in the Griffin family cemetery.

Surviving: wife, Gladys T. Griffin; daughters, Dawn Griffin and Melody Burnette, both of Louisburg; sisters, Brenda Lloyd of Louisburg and Nancy Murphy of Castalia; and three grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Centerville Baptist Church Fellowship Hall Building Fund, 2370 Leonard Road, Louisburg, NC 27549.
