LOUISBURG - Annie Stone Clemonts, daughter of the late Alafair Evans Stone and Joe Stone, and wife of the late Thaddeus (Penn) Clemonts, died Wednesday, May 7, 2008.

Funeral services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Tuesday, May 13, at St. Paul Presbyterian Church, with the Rev. Jerrod Lowery officiating. Burial will follow in the Cemetery on the Hill.

Surviving: three daughters, Lois A. Clemonts of Philadelphia, Pa., Mary C. Williams and Crystal D. Clemonts, both of Louisburg; three sons, Ralph E. Clemonts and Eddie R. Clemonts, both of Louisburg, and Larry N. Clemonts of Hampton, Ga.; five granddaughters; four grandsons; a number of great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by three sons, Thaddeus E. Clemonts, Joe Louis Perry and Joel S. Clemonts.

The family will receive friends from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Monday, May 12, at Richardson Funeral Home in Louisburg.
