LOUISBURG - Kaitlyn Melissa Crannell, 4-month-old daughter of Rita and Chad Crannell, died Saturday, June 7, 2008. Funeral services were conducted Tuesday, June 10, in the chapel of Bright Funeral Home in Wake Forest. Burial was in Fairview Cemetery in Franklinton.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by her sister, Samantha Crannell; grandparents, Wayne and Bridget Kennedy, Davis Pollard, John and Janet Goodwin and Diane and Max Crannell; great-grandparents, Wayne and Georgia Kennedy, Chuck and Rita Evans and Arthur Harley; two aunts; and six uncles.
