LOUISBURG - Funeral services for Belinda Faye Alston, 52, who died Thursday, July 31, 2008, were conducted Tuesday, Aug. 5, at Concord Baptist Church, with the Rev. Samuel Blalock officiating.

Burial followed in the church cemetery.

Surviving: daughter, Latisha Blacknall of the home; sons, Brian Blacknall and Michael Wheless, both of the home; mother, Leah Redmond of the home; sister, Nancy Stancil of Aberdeen; brothers, Jairns Redmond of Bunn, Thomas Redmond of Kittrell and Maurice Redmond of Mapleton, Ga.; and three grandchildren.
