FRANKLINTON - James H. “Rabe” Hawkins, 85, died Wednesday, July 30, 2008. Funeral services were conducted Sunday, Aug. 3, at New Birth Christian Temple in Franklinton. Burial followed in the Hawkins Chapel Baptist Church cemetery. Arrangements by Cutchins Funeral Home.
