KITTRELL - Ronald Elliott Fuller Jr., 45, died Friday, Aug. 1, 2008, at Maria Parham Medical Center. Funeral services were conducted Monday, Aug. 4, at New Sandy Creek Baptist Church, led by the Rev. Tim Burgess and the Rev. Ronnie Lassiter. Burial followed in the church cemetery.

Born in Vance County, he was the son of Ronald E. Fuller Sr. and Juanita Matthews Fuller of the home. He was a veteran of the U.S. Marines and was a surveyor/engineer for the N.C. Department of Transportation.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by one son, Tyler Warren Fuller of the home; one sister, Deborah F. Sullivan (Robert) of Henderson; one nephew and two great-nieces.
