WAKE FOREST - Carolyn Barham Journigan, 61, died Sunday, Aug. 31, 2008 at her home. Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. today (Wednesday, Sept. 3) in the chapel of Bright Funeral Home, Wake Forest, with the Rev. J. Marshall Neathery officiating. Burial will follow in Pine Forest Memorial Gardens.

She was born in Wake County, the daughter of the late Rosanna Privette Barham and George Roy Barham.

Surviving: her husband, Clyde Louis Journigan; children, Donna C. Privette of Youngsville, Deborah S. Privette of Raleigh and Christopher L. Journigan of the home; sister, Shirley B. Bartholomew (Richard) of Rolesville and Janice B. Howard (Bill) of Youngsville; and a number of nieces and nephews and great-nieces and nephews.
