RALEIGH - Thomas Vincent “T.V.” Harris, 83, died Thursday, Sept. 18, 2008 at his home. Funeral services were conducted Sunday, Sept. 21, in the Brown-Wynne Funeral Home chapel, Millbrook Road, Raleigh. Interment was at Montlawn Memorial Park, Raleigh.

He was born in Franklin County to John Fletcher and Blanche Watkins Harris. He was a WW II Navy veteran and was retired from Norfolk-Southern Railroad, with 40 years of service.

Surviving: his wife, Kathleen Doby Harris; son, Michael B. Harris of Raleigh; daughters, Carolyn H. Malpass (Thomas) of Clayton, Susan H. Letchworth (Michael) of Cary; and four grandchildren.
