WAKE FOREST - Joyce “Pop” Tudor O’Neil, 73, died Thursday, Nov. 13, 2008 at her residence. Funeral services will be at 3 p.m. today (Saturday, Nov. 15) in the chapel of Bright Funeral Home in Wake Forest. Burial will follow in Wake Forest Cemetery.

She was born in Halifax County, the daughter of the late Thelma Walker Tudor and Clifton Tudor. She was a retired quality control supervisor.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Donald W. O’Neil; sister, “Tootsie” Baker; stepfather, Matthew Lowery; and one grandson.
