ZEBULON - Arthur Philip “Phil” Wiggins, 65, died Monday, Nov. 17, 2008. A memorial service was conducted Thursday, Nov. 20, at White Memorial Presbyterian Church, Raleigh.

He endured his childhood as an orphan. He spent the last three and a half years at a family care home in a country setting near Zebulon.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Ann Wiggins Beloff, who died in a wreck when he was six; grandmother, Lilian Aycock Wiggins; and two uncles.

Surviving: sister, Louise Wiggins Jordan (Robert) of Raleigh; a niece; several nephews; great-niece; an aunt and a cousin.
