MIDDLESEX - Carolyn S. Murray, 54, a loving mother, grandmother and sister died Monday, Dec. 22, 2008 at Rex Hospital.

She was born in Richmond, Va., daughter of the late Audrey Creech Stephenson and James Earl Stephenson.

Funeral service will be at 2 p.m. today (Saturday, Dec. 27, 2008) at Bethlehem Baptist Church with the Rev. Steve Davis officiating. Burial will follow in Creech’s Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery.

Carolyn is survived by her children, Tammy Proctor (Allen) of Spring Hope, Dennis Murray (Delane) of Middlesex, Pam Robbins (Mike) of Louisburg, Jamie Murray (Carmen) of Youngsville, Richard Murray (Lacey) of Louisburg; sisters, Delores Langston, Mary Boston and Michelle Simpson all of Zebulon, Peggy Winstead, of Bunn; and 15 grandchildren.
