LOUISBURG - Ronnie R. Bailey, 67, died Sunday, Jan. 18, 2009 at Wake Medical Center. Funeral services were Wednesday, Jan. 21, in the chapel of Bright Funeral Home, Wake Forest, with Dr. Randy Bridges officiating. Burial followed in the Rolesville Baptist Church cemetery.

He was born in Franklin County, son of the late E. Norris Bailey and Evelyn Currin Bailey. He was a convenience store owner and operator.

Surviving: wife, Carole Cole Bailey; son, Randy Bailey (Michelle) of Youngsville; daughter, Gail Blackmon (Neal) of Rolesville; stepsons, Richard Wilder (Harriett) of Tallahassee, Fla., Shane Wilder (Vickie) of Louisburg, Chad Wilder (Cindy) of Wake Forest; brother, Tommie Bailey (Kaye) of Wake Forest.
