TAMMY E. FAULKNER


LOUISBURG - Tammy Annette Evans Faulkner, 41, died Thursday, Feb. 19, 2009 from injuries received in an automobile accident.

The family will receive friends Wednesday night, Feb. 25, from 7 to 8:30 p.m. at J. M. White Funeral Home in Henderson.

Born in Vance County, she was the daughter of William Blair “Billy” Evans of Warrenton and the late Evelyn Rose Dickerson Evans.

In addition to her father, she is survived by her husband, Howard Randall “Randy” Faulkner of the home; sons, William Howard Faulkner and Clint Randall Faulkner, both of the home; sisters, Jennifer Evans of Durham and Billie Jo Evans Duke of Henderson; and one brother, Christopher Blair Evans of Warrenton.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Randy Faulkner for the Tammy Evans Memorial Fund, c/o H. G. Reynolds, Inc., P. O. Box 209, Henderson, NC 27536.
