RALEIGH - Susie Irene Moye Kent, 81, died Wednesday, Feb. 25, 2009. Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. today (Saturday, Feb. 28) at Trinity United Methodist Church. Burial will be in Montlawn Memorial Park.

She was born in Franklinton, then moved to Raleigh to attend college. She was preceded in death by her husband, Tasker T. Kent. She was a founding member of Trinity United Methodist Church. For the past two years she had been a resident of Abbotswood Retirement Community.

Surviving: children, Lynn K. Angell (Don Sr.), David Eric Kent (Robin), Luanne K. Albright (Alan); and six grandchildren.

Visitation will be from 12 to 1 p.m. in the church parlor prior to the service.
