Event /description: In commemoration of its first 100 years, on December 31, 2008 Wake Forest will ring in the New Year along South White Street with the first-ever First Light Wake Forest. The Voltage Brothers will headline this inaugural event. A non-alcoholic celebration, First Light Wake Forest is for families, seniors, singles and anyone who is looking for a fun (and free!) way to ring in the New Year. There will be an enticing selection of food available, as well as games and entertainment for children. No admission fee.
