VGCC Franklin Campus offers Spanish VGCC will offer a Conversational Spanish course at its Franklin County Campus on Monday evenings, from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m., Sept. 8 - Nov. 24. The course will teach non-Spanish speakers the basics of the language, with an emphasis on oral comprehension and verbal response skills. Nydia Dohnert will be the instructor. The cost of the course is $55, plus the cost of a textbook.
