LOUISBURG - Funeral services for Percy “Van” Pete Dunston, 83, who died on Wednesday, Aug. 14, 2013, will be Monday, Aug. 19 at 3 p.m. at Mitchell Baptist Church. Burial will follow in the church cemetery with Rev. Dan Lilly officiating.
Surviving, wife, Mary Lizzie Dunston of the home; daughters, Sheila D. Dunston and Lesia R. Dunston, both of the home; sons, Fred D. Dunston of the home, Mertice A. Dunston of Durham; sisters, Sherbia A. Hughes (Aaron) of N.J., Susie B. Dunston of Louisburg; brothers, Fred Dunston (Mildred) of N.J., Clifford Dunston of Marion N.C., Larry W. Dunston, and Henry Dunston (Shelby), both of Louisburg.
Open visitation will be from 3-5 p.m., Sunday, Aug. 18, at Richardson Funeral Home in Louisburg.
