HENDERSON--Joann Paschall Stainback, 55, died Thursday, Feb. 21, 2019 at her home.
A graveside funeral service will be held Sunday, Feb. 24, at 3 p.m. at New Sandy Creek Baptist Church cemetery, conducted by Pastor Jonathan Owens. The family will receive friends immediately following the service in the fellowship hall of New Sandy Creek Baptist Church. All other times they will be at the home of Charles and Kathy Hedgepeth, 56 Sollie Ayscue Road, Henderson.
Born in Durham County, she was the daughter of the late Rose Strum and America J. Paschall Jr.
Surviving: husband, Cecil T. Stainback Jr.; a daughter, Kathy S. Hedgepeth (Charles); a son, Lee Stainback; three sisters and three brothers; and one granddaughter.
