FRANKLINTON, NC--Kathleen Diana Grissom, 48, of Franklinton, NC died Friday, June 24, 2022 after a courageous four week battle in the ICU.
Kathy was born on November 29, 1973 in Flint, Michigan to Johnny Edward Grissom and Dorothy Lorraine Myers (Harvey).
Kathy is survived by her partner, Thomas Hahn of Franklinton,NC; her three children: Amber Kilmer of Texas, Payton Grissom, and Zachary Hahn of North Carolina; one granddaughter; and her five siblings: Theresa (Bret) Bushaw, Sarah (Bill) Mellish, Keith (Malissa) Grissom, Ricky (Melissa) Grissom, and Johnny Grissom; and many nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her parents Johnny Edward Grissom and Dorothy Lorraine Myers (Harvey).
In honor of her wishes, cremation will take place and a small private ceremony for immediate family will be held at a future date.
