WAKE FOREST, NC--Shirley Ayscue Blackley 59, of Wake Forest, NC died Monday, July 11, 2022. She was born in Nash County, NC to Robert Lee Ayscue and Cora Ann Pendergrass Creekmore.
In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her daughter Janice Perry, and two brothers.
Survivors: her husband Larry Thomas Blackley, Sr. of the residence, two sons, Charles Perry of Zebulon; and Lucas Blackley of the residence; her mother, Cora Ann Pendergrass Creekmore of Louisburg; five brothers and five grandchildren.
Per her request, services will be private and held at a later date.
