February 24, 1943 - January 11, 2025

BUNN, NC -- Rachel Dickerson Jeffreys, 81, of Bunn, passed away peacefully Saturday evening, January 11, 2025, at Wake Med with her family by her side. She was born in Franklin County on February 24, 1943, a daughter of the late Joseph Bryan Dickerson and Gladys Catlette Dickerson.

A graveside funeral service will be held at Bunn Memorial Gardens, 11 o'clock Friday morning, January 17, 2025, with Reverend Mark Tondee officiating.

She is survived by her loving husband of 60 years, Donald E. Jeffreys; son and daughter-in-law, Donovan and Joannie Jeffreys of Bunn; sister, Emily Dickerson Stone of Bunn; grandchildren, Ashton Radford (Woody) and Kristany Moody (Jacob); great-grandchildren, River and Everleigh Moody, Gracelynn and Woodlyn Radford.

In lieu of flowers the family suggest that memorial contributions be made to Calvary Baptist Church, 394 Ferrells Bridge Rd., Louisburg, NC 27549.
