LOUISBURG, NC -- Funeral services for Consuela "Na" Graham, age 51, who died on Thursday, February 14, 2025, will be held on Saturday, March 1, 2025 at 2 p.m. from the Richardson Funeral Home Chapel in Louisburg with Brother Matthew Richardson officiating.
Born Dec. 8, 1973, she is survived by her daughter, Glenda Graham of Raleigh, NC; one son, Donaye Graham (Jamera) of Youngsville, NC; her mother, Janice Brake; one sister, Glenda Brake; and one brother, Isiah Brake, all of Nashville, NC; and one grandchild.
There will be a viewing Saturday afternoon from 1 until 2 at Richardson Funeral Home in Louisburg.
