HENDERSON, NC -- Jerry Wayne Ayscue Sr., 67, of Henderson, died Sunday, March 9, 2025. Jerry was born on June 9, 1957 to the late Charles Hamilton and Ava Stevenson Ayscue.
Jerry is survived by his wife of 42 years, Judy Roberson Ayscue; his children, Melissa Ann Montague (Joe), Jerry Wayne Ayscue Jr. (Angie), and Ryan Ayscue (Pricilla); his sister, Cheryl Eaves (Mike); step-children, Allan Lassiter (Kristie) and Tammy Penny (Todd); sixteen grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren; one niece; one nephew; and one great-nephew.
Family will receive friends and visitors on Saturday, March 15, from 10 to 11 a.m. at Liberty Christian Church, 7818 NC-39 Hwy in Henderson and at other times at the home of Jerry and Judy. A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, March 15, at 11 a.m. at Liberty Christian Church and will be officiated by Rev. Burwell Stark. Burial will follow after the service at Liberty Christian Church Cemetery.
