LOUISBURG, NC -- Geraldine (Gerry) Owen Parsons, 101, of Louisburg passed away peacefully at Franklin Oaks Nursing Home on March 20, 2025.
Gerry was predeceased by her parents, Carrie and Gerald Owen; her husband, Harold Parsons;and her sisters, Dora O. Threatt, Edna O. McMillan, and Edith O. McKinne.
Gerry is survived by her sister, Grace O. Leggett and many nieces and nephews.
Gerry was a faithful member at Louisburg United Methodist Church for over 40 years. A graveside service was held on Tuesday, March 25, 2025 at 1:30 p.m. at Oakwood Cemetery, 1812 NC 39 Highway N., Louisburg, NC, and was officiated by Rev. Tuck Taylor.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Lancaster Funeral and Cremation Services.
