RALEIGH--Hallie Ray Frazier, 95, died Tuesday, April 17, 2018 at her residence. A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, April 19, at Emmanuel Baptist Church, 2100 Noble Road, Raleigh. Burial will follow in the Harris Chapel Baptist Church cemetery, Youngsville.

She was born in Franklin County, the daughter of the late Frankie Alford Ray and Bud Ray, and was also preceded in death by her husband, Maylon Jones Frazier.

Surviving: niece; Alice Elkins; and a number of great-nieces and nephews.

Friends may visit with the family 1 hour prior to the service at the church.
