CREEDMOOR--Edward Werz "Eddie," 64, of Creedmoor, died Wednesday, July 15, 2020 after a brief battle with cancer. A Celebration of Eddie's Life will be held at a later time.

He was predeceased by his father and mother, Thomas B. Werz and Ann Dillon Werz, and sister, Ann Marie Horner.

Surviving: sister, Ginger Werz-Petricka (Ron) Petricka; brother, Thomas B. Werz Jr. (Linda Jordan Werz); his life partner of 30 years, Melissa Rhyne; two nieces and one nephew; and numerous other relatives and friends.

He was a professional musician touring for many years before relocating to North Carolina where he was employed by the Xerox Corporation as a field service technician for the past 35 years.
