FRANKLINTON, NC -- Herman Sneed, 60, of Franklinton, was born on Oct. 28, 1964 in Franklinton, NC to the late Oliver Sneed, Sr. and Edna Hockaday Sneed. Herman departed this life on March 24, 2025.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one daughter, Haquesha Sneed, and five sisters and four brothers.

He leaves to cherish his memories one daughter, Haquanda (aka-Bun) Sneed (Kem); two brothers, Willie (aka-Bear) B. Sneed (Ruby) and Otha Sneed; two sisters, Thelma Wiley and Dolly Ann Winston; and a host of nieces, nephews, and other loving relatives and friends.

Services were held Saturday, April 5, 2025 at New Life Outreach Ministries, Franklinton, NC. Rev. Donathan Muldrow, Pastor. Service was officiated by Director Joseph B. Cutchins Jr., CFSP.
