A. MICHAEL MCGHEE

FRANKLINTON - Anthony Michael McGhee, 41, died Friday, March 6, 2009 at Franklin Regional Medical Center. Funeral services were Thursday, March 6, at Union View Baptist Church, with the Rev. Jonathan Chandler officiating. Burial followed in Fairview Cemetery.

He was born in Franklin County, the son of Annette Kearney McGhee and the late Bobby Ray McGhee. He was employed by Statewide Roofing.

Surviving: fiancée Susan Sherron of Franklinton; mother, Annette McGhee; sisters, Frances McGhee-Poole, Linette McGhee; brother, Robert McGhee; maternal grandmother, Annie S. Kearney, all of Franklinton; and two nephews of Franklinton.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are requested to cover funeral expenses. Arrangements by Bright Funeral Home & Cremation Center, Wake Forest.
