JASON H. RAMSEY
ZEBULON - Jason Herbert Ramsey, 70, died Tuesday, July 14, 2009. Funeral services were conducted Friday, July 17, in the Strickland Funeral Home chapel, Wendell, with burial following in Gethsemane Memorial Gardens, Zebulon.

He was son to the late Ernie and Bertie May Ramsey. He served in the U.S. Marine Corps and worked for the U.S. Government in the Central Intelligence Agency.  He also worked as a teacher, vice principal, coach and mentor at Long Junior High School in Cheraw, S.C.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Joan Marie Anthony Ramsey.

Surviving: sons, Craig (Melinda) Ramsey of Zebulon, Jason (Heather) Ramsey of Davidson; and four grandchildren.
