FRANKLINTON —Lona Mae Webb, 81, died Wednesday, Jan. 20, 2010. The family will receive guests from 2 to 3 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 24, at Hall-Wynne Funeral Service, Franklinton Chapel, followed by the services at 3 p.m.

She was born to the late Charles and Lucy Young in Old Town, Maine. After graduation from Old Town High School, she traveled to Pinehurst, where she married, and shortly after moved to Franklinton where she lived and raised her family.

Surviving: children, Joel Webb of Youngsville, Brenda Simmons, Karen Webb and Nancy Forsythe of Franklinton, and Kathy Ragland of Oxford; seven grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
