MILLERSVILLE, Md. - Carol Jones Upchurch, 67, died Friday, Sept. 1, 2006 at the University of Maryland Hospital. A private service was conducted, with burial in Lakemont Memorial Gardens in Davidsonville, Md.

Mrs. Upchurch was born in Franklin County and raised in Bunn. She was a homemaker.
Surviving: husband, Otha D. Upchurch; son, Donald G. Upchurch of Gambrills, Md.; daughters, Janine Upchurch of Glen Burnie, Md., and Sherry Mogle of Baltimore, Md.; sister, Lucy Rhodes of Columbia, NC; brother, Harold Jones of Wake Forest; and four grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Myeloma Research Foundation, 383 Main Ave., 5th Floor, Norwalk, CT 06851.
