YOUNGSVILLE - Funeral services for Mr. James Otis Smith, 62, who died Tuesday, Sept. 5, 2006, will be conducted at 3 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 10, at Terrell Lane Middle School, with the Rev. Ronald Davis officiating. Burial will follow in the Mary Helen Jones cemetery.

Surviving: one son, William Otis Junior Smith of Stem; sisters, Lucy Mae Webb, Annie Margaret Perry, both of Franklinton, Dorothy Lee Webb of Bunn, Gertrude Evans of Wake Forest, Elaine Williams of Castalia, Shirley Smith of Louisburg, and Mozelle Burnett of Raleigh; brothers, John Smith of Franklinton, Eddie Morris Smith of Youngsville, Charlie Alexander Smith of Kittrell, Roger Smith of Louisburg, and Donald Ray Smith of the home; and three grandchildren.

Open visitation will be from 3 to 8 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 9, at Richardson Funeral Home in Louisburg.
