ROSE C. HEINSOHN
RALEIGH - Rose Frances Culek Heinsohn, 88, of Spring Arbor Assisted Living died Wednesday, Sept. 13, 2006 at Wake Medical Center in Raleigh. A funeral mass will be conducted at 2 p.m. today (Saturday, Sept. 16) at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church, 2718 Overbrook Drive, Raleigh, with the Rev. John Forbes officiating. Interment will follow in Raleigh Memorial Park.

A native of Cleveland, Ohio, she was born to the late Frank Edward and Rose Hack Culek. In addition to her parents, She was preceded in death by her husband, Henry George Heinsohn Sr.

Surviving: children, Henry George Heinsohn Jr. of California, Patricia H. Shouse (Gary Sr.) of Zebulon, Lawrence E. Heinsohn of Youngsville and Ron Heinsohn of Raleigh; sisters, Catherine Haggerty, Lee Culek and Imelda Culek; brothers Frank Culek, Kenny Culek and Joe Culek, all of Ohio; nine grandchildren; and three great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association, Two Hanover Square, Suite 1650, 434 Fayetteville Street Mall, Raleigh, NC 27601.

Arrangements handled by Brown-Wynne Funeral Home, Millbrook Road, Raleigh.
