NASHVILLE - Funeral services for Mr. Douglas Edward Perry, 47, who died Wednesday, March 15, 2006, were conducted Tuesday, March 21, at Pleasure Hill Baptist Church, with the Rev. Wilson Battle officiating. Burial followed in the church cemetery.
Surviving: wife, Venzella H. Perry of Elm City; daughter, Lartisha Norwood of Rocky Mount; mother, Mary Ann Perry of Nashville; sisters, Diane Parker and Elizabeth Strickland, both of Nashville, and Joe Ann Stewart of Youngstown, Ohio; brothers, Anthony Perry and Tyrone Perry, both of Nashville, and George Richardson of Louisburg; and one grandson.
