MARGARET LUCILLE (LUCY) MAYBERRY
HENDERSON - Margaret Lucille (Lucy) Mayberry (Vaughan) of Henderson, passed away April 26, 2011.  Lucy was the daughter of Peggy Vaughan and the late Troy Wilbert Vaughan of Louisburg. She was a graduate of Louisburg High School and retired after 34 years of service with Columbus Consolidated Government as an Administrative Assistant to the Director of Building Maintenance.

She is survived by her husband of 12 years, Walter R. Mayberry of Henderson, NC; step-children, Tamara Baxter of Lakeland, FL and Dale R.(Cristina L.) Mayberry of Longwood, FL.; sisters, Peggy Wallace (Lawrence) of Raleigh, NC, Linda Jordan (Andy) of Henderson, NC and Sheila Driver of Louisburg, NC (fianceƩ, Vernon Rife); brothers, Willard Vaughan (Sherry) of Louisburg, NC and Vernon Vaughan (Debbie) of Louisburg, NC. She was predeceased by a brother, T.W. Vaughan, Jr. of Louisburg, NC.

A Memorial Service will be held 1:00 P.M., Saturday, April 30, 2011 at Middleburg Baptist Church with Rev. Eddie Nutt officiating.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Middleburg Baptist Church, P.O. Box 57, Middleburg, NC 27556.  Condolences may be expressed at CremationSocietyNC.com.
