FRANKLINTON - Edgar Thomas “Ed” Gilliam Jr., 69, died Monday, May 23, 2011. Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, May 26, at Fairview Cemetery, Franklinton, with Pastor Wes Bailey officiating.
A native of Franklin County, he was the son of the late Edgar Thomas Gilliam Sr. and Exie Denton Gilliam.
Surviving: wife, Diane Gilliam; sons, Greg Gilliam (Barbara) of Bunn, Victor Gilliam of Orlando, Fla.; stepsons, Stacy Medlin of Franklinton, Rodney Medlin (Joanie) of Altoona, Ala.; sisters, Patricia Gilliam Scott of Centerville and Jean Etheridge of Franklinton; and six grandchildren.
The Gilliam Family is under the care of Hall-Wynne Funeral Service, Franklinton Chapel.
