ROBERT “BO” WILLIAM WINN, JR.
CLEMMONS - Robert “Bo” William Winn, Jr., 53, of Lewisville, died October 31, 2006 at his residence. He was born June 21, 1953 in Wake County, the son of Robert William Winn and Jean Harris Winn.

Bo was a graduate of Louisburg High School. He attended UNC at Chapel Hill and N.C. School of the Arts. He had multiple professional certifications as an Information Systems Specialist. Bo was also a musician, private pilot, and teacher. He was a beloved husband, father, son, brother, uncle, leader, hero and friend. Bo was happily married for 30 years to the love of his life, Carol.

He was preceded in death by his father, Robert “Bobby” W. Winn, and nephew, Paul Winn.

Surviving are his wife, Carol Johnson Winn of the home; son, Joseph “Joey” Michael Winn of Advance; daughter, Mary Elizabeth Winn of Winston-Salem; his mother, Jean Harris Winn of Franklin County; sister, Tracey Winn Adkins of Raleigh; brother, Ned Winn and wife Brett of Franklin County; nieces and nephews, Michael Winn of Winston-Salem, Alexandra Rose of Raleigh, Grey Winn, Val Winn, Rachel Winn and John Winn, all of Franklin County; many friends and colleagues.

The memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday at River Oaks Community Church, 1855 Lewisville-Clemmons Rd., Clemmons, with the Rev. Dick Robinson and the Rev. Dick Little officiating.

The family will receive friends at the church following the service.

Flowers are welcome.

Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
