ZEBULON - Lee Norman Sprague of Raleigh died Tuesday, Feb. 14, 2012 at his residence at the Coventry House in Zebulon. A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 19, at Floral Garden Park Cemetery with Tom Slaughter officiating.
He was born in Grand Rapids, Mich., to the late Lee and Elsa Gray Sprague. He served in the U.S. Marine Corps from 1941 - 1961 through World War II and the Korean War.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Lowe Sprague, and a son, David Lee Sprague.
Surviving: son, Jerry Sprague of Wendell; and two granddaughters.
