JOHN EFREM NOVECK

YOUNGSVILLE — John Efrem Noveck of Youngsville passed away on February 28, 2012 at his home.  He was born on April 10, 1924 to the late Efren F. Noveck & Audotia Protasena Noveck in New Britain, CT. He graduated from New Britain High School in 1942, and from 1943-1946 he served in the United States Navy during WWII in the Pacific Theatre. After his service, he graduated from Bryant College in Providence, Rhode Island that led to a career in accounting and finance in Connecticut. He was also a member of the Unity Lodge #148, A.F. & A.M., New Britain, CT, and the American Legion Post 52, Franklinton, NC.

A funeral service was held at 2 o’clock, Friday afternoon, March 2, 2012 in the Chapel of Bright Funeral Home.

Mr. Noveck is survived by his wife of 53 years, Marion Neumann Noveck; daughters, Nancy Rataski & husband Christopher of Youngsville and Elizabeth Panasiak & husband Dariusz of Louisburg; grandchildren, Brian Panasiak and Natalie Panasiak, both of Louisburg.

Memorial contributions may be made to Unity Lodge #148, A.F. & A.M., 46 Elizabeth Road, Hamden, CT 06518-3203.

The family received friends one hour prior to the service at Bright Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 405 S. Main St., Wake Forest. (919-556-5811)
