NANCY BOONE SHEARON
LOUISBURG - Nancy Boone Shearon of Louisburg went to be with her Lord and Savior on Monday, December 4, 2006.

She was born March 13, 1932 in Nash County to Eddie C. Boone and the late Sadie Ward Boone.

Nancy was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She was a dedicated member of Louisburg Baptist Church. Nancy touched the lives of many people in her community through her church and social work.

Nancy is survived by her devoted husband of 54 years, Joe W. Shearon of Louisburg; sons and daughters-in-law, Keith and Liz Shearon of Youngsville and Mark and Rhonda Shearon of Louisburg; grandchildren, Sarah Hicks and husband Peter, Jessica Shearon, Jonathan Shearon and Jennifer Shearon; great-grandchildren, Solomon Hicks and Judah Hicks; father, Eddie C. Boone and wife, Ruth; sister, Doris Brown and husband Frank; brothers, Albert Boone and wife Pat and Phil Boone and wife Carol; her loving church family at Louisburg Baptist Church.

Funeral service will be at 2 p.m. on December 7, 2006 at Louisburg Baptist Church. Entombment will follow in Lancaster Memorial Park Mausoleum.

The family will receive visitors at the home on the evenings of Tuesday, December 5, and Wednesday, Dec. 6.

Flowers are welcomed. Memorial gifts may be given to Louisburg Baptist Church to the fund of your choice, P. O. Box 730, Louisburg, NC 27549.
