PAULINE W. DUPREE
RALEIGH - Pauline W. Dupree, 75, died Wednesday, Dec. 20, 2006 at Rex Hospital in Raleigh. Funeral services were held Sunday, Dec. 24, in the chapel of Bright Funeral Home, Wake Forest, with the Rev. Phillip Annas Sr. officiating. Burial followed in the Wake Forest Cemetery.

She was born in Wake Forest to Marvin R. and Nollie Catlett Woodlief. She worked for many years at Franklinton High School. Later, she managed Sugar Loaf retail at the N.C. State Farmers Market.

Surviving: her children, Cindy Clayton-Lowe (Bobby) of Taylorsville, Ray Dupree of Youngsville, Betty Stallings (Robert) of Kittrell, Rose Frazier of Goldsboro, Angelia Young of Raleigh and John Dupree of Florida; brothers, Marvin Woodlief Jr. (Faithy) of California, Therman Woodlief, Herman Woodlief (Alice of California, Donald Woodlief of Louisburg, Frank Woodlief (Sharon) of California, Eugene Woodlief (Sherry) of Rolesville; sisters, Ruby Fuller (John) of Franklinton, Frankie White (Shelton) of Youngsville, and Margaret Caton (Larry of Wake Forest; five grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Daniel Ray Dupree, and her brother, Ronald Woodlief.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Cancer Centers of North Carolina, 4101 Macon Pond Road, Raleigh, NC 27607.
