LOUISBURG - Evelyn Marie “Tootsie” Bass Morgan, 79, (Lake Royale), formerly of Wilson, died Wednesday, Oct. 17, 2012. A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 21, at Joyner’s Funeral Home, with Pastor Gary Murrell officiating. The family will receive friends following the service at Joyner’s Funeral Home, 4100 Raleigh Road Parkway, Wilson.
Surviving: daughter, Vickie L. Turner (Donnie) of Wilson; son, Gary L. Cooper (Gale) of Louisburg; sisters, Peggy Whitley of Middlesex, Joyce Wall of Wilson and Judy Hamm of Wilson; and two grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Walter Clifton “Click” Morgan.
