SAMUEL S. BROWN
FRANKLINTON - Samuel Scott Brown, 37, died Friday, Jan. 19, 2007 at Rex Hospital in Raleigh. Funeral services were conducted Monday, Jan. 22, in the J.M. White Funeral Home Chapel in Henderson by the Rev. Katherine Widdifield. Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. today (Wednesday, Jan. 24) in Newberry Memorial Gardens in Newberry, S.C.

Born in Vance County, he was the son of Betty Ellison Brown of Henderson and the late Raymond Brown.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by his wife, Alexandra Moore Brown; one daughter, Brittany Allison Brown; and one son, Zachery Dale Brown, both of the home; two sisters, Lisa Brown of Raleigh and Susan B. Smith of Henderson.

He was preceded in death by one brother, Raymond Pope Brown Jr.
