ZEBULON - Geraldine Hagwood Morris, 81, died Thursday, Feb. 22, 2007 at Guardian Care. Funeral services will be conducted at 1 p.m. today (Saturday, Feb. 24) at Union Chapel Baptist Church. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
She was born in Wake County, daughter of the late Albert and Easter Brantley Hagwood. She was a retired employee of the N.C. Dept. of Motor Vehicles.
Surviving: sons, Randy Morris and Ron Morris of Zebulon; sisters, Mildred Whitley, Barbara (Ray) Carlyle, Pauline Carroll, Patsy (Wayne) Creech, all of Zebulon; brother, Tommy Hagwood of Raleigh; and one granddaughter.
Flowers accepted or memorials may be made to Union Chapel Baptist Church, 2437 Zebulon Road., Zebulon, NC 27597.
